Taylormade Betting launched in October 2005 and opened our first shop in Bolton in June 2006. We had opened three more shops in Euxton, Lytham and Manchester by the end of December 2007 and decided the time was right to bring investment into the company.
In the first six months of 2008 we opened shops in Wigan, Preston, Leyland, Burnley, Tottington, Bury and a second shop in Bolton; and followed this with a further four shops in the second half of 2008 in Whitefield, Padiham, Blackburn and Tyldesley. The growth was achieved with a combination of acquisitions and brand new outlets.
During 2009 we continued our expansion with seven new shops in Southport, Great Harwood, Ormskirk, Oldham, Rochdale, Marple and a second shop in Manchester City Centre. With all our shops within half an hour of the next nearest outlet we have been able to grow our brand to be one of the largest in the North West.
